If you accepted our insurance ($5p/week), you’re covered. The excess you need to pay is $500. There are some conditions, in particular, the scooter is locked with the lock that we give you and is kept inside locked overnight.

You pay the first 4 weeks straight up, then we use a direct debit method through provider GoCardless. It’s trusted, secure, safe and very easy to set up. Your lease will be deducted from your account automatically. You can choose the frequency of your payments, and there are notification emails two days prior to any payment.
Our program requires a minimum commitment of 12 weeks at $30 per week. If you want to return it earlier, you’ll have to pay up to the minimum cost of 12 weeks. In special circumstances we can end a lease early. Get in touch with us to discuss this.

No, sorry. Unfortunately, it’s too risky for our bikes and scooters We gave it a good go, but unfortunately our customers had their rides stolen from them while doing deliveries. It’s worth getting in touch to see if we have any ex-rental bikes you can purchase.
