We understand that circumstances can change as fast as the weather in Wellington, therefore our generous cancellation/refund policy means you can book with confidence.
In most cases, we will endeavour to transfer your booking to another day/tour if there is availability on your next most convenient day. If this is not possible, our policy is as follows:
- Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours prior to departure time.
- Full refund if the weather is bad on your booked day and you contact us prior to departure time.
- Full refund if your cruise ship, plane or bus is delayed or cancelled- please endeavour to contact us as soon as possible.
Our bike rental and tours usually still operate when it’s raining, but you’re not obliged to ride as long as you’re in touch prior to your departure time. If we deem the wind is too high to ride safety, then we may modify the route to keep it enjoyable.
