We service regular and electric bikes. We offer a complimentary bike for up to two days, while we work on yours, because we understand that your bike is how your get around.

Simple Service $119

We’ll check over your bike and make adjustments where needed. We’ll replace any basic consumable parts that have worn out. If you use your bike regularly, this is a great choice in between each comprehensive service.

-Bolt Check
-Tune Gears
-Adjust Brakes
-Check Tyres
-Clean and lubricate drivetrain
-Update eBike software
-Replace basic parts like brake pads

Labour only, parts are extra.
Brake bleed: add $20 per end

 

Comprehensive Service $199

We’ll check over your bike, make adjustments where needed and service components. We’ll replace more complex parts that have worn out. This is usually the right choice if you’ve noticed a few things that need attention on your bike.

-Bolt Check
-Tune Gears
-Adjust Brakes
-Check Tyres
-Clean and lubricate drivetrain
-Update eBike service Interval
-Replace more advanced consumable parts that are required such as drivetrain components
-Service hubs and headsets as required
-True wheels as required
-Replace cables and housing as required

Labour only, parts are extra.

-Puncture repair on IGH or rear hub motor $45
-Brake Bleed per end $40 (when not part of a service package)
-Hub Service per end $50
-Headset Service per end $50
-Headset Service with internally routed cables $100
-eBike Software update $35
-Install Tubeless Tyre when already Tubeless $35
-Install Tubeless Tyre when requiring setup $50
-Insurance Assessment $125 (payment required when you drop the bike)
